We understand that there are going to be times when you must miss a training session, due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call or communicate via other means, to cancel an appointment, you maybe preventing another client from training that day.
If a training session is not cancelled 24 hours in advance of our agreed session time, then you will be charged for that session.
We understand that there are sometimes external factors that stop you from getting to your agreed session on time, be it down to traffic, work, family etc. However, if you think there is a chance of being delayed, please let us know as soon as possible. If the delay is within 15minutes, then you will still receive your full session time, however anything longer than this, will result in a reduced time for that session.
